Not on sale
Waterlogged is an information site and there is nothing to buy. The report that used to be sold here was built around calculated passenger-outcome percentages, seasonal odds and policy money-math — and those have been withdrawn from every page, paid ones included, because we could not stand behind them. What is left is measurements, their limits, and links to the authorities, and all of it is free.
If you already bought one
Existing purchases are honoured. If you bought a report and lost the browser it was opened on, recover it with your retrieval code; if you want a refund, the refund policy stands.
What is here instead
- The live corridor board — current level, 72-hour movement and the gap to the clear-line on every corridor we read.
- Every gauge, with its own evidence page and its same-date history.
- The threshold diary — a dated log of measured mark-crossings in our archive.
- What each operator publishes, linked, with the questions worth asking.
- The source matrix — what we render, what we only link, and what we withhold.
