What this does, and what it does not
A match writes the same signed entitlement cookie the original purchase wrote, for the same single sailing, and opens the report. It does not send an email, create an account, or reveal anything about an order to somebody who cannot already name both the code and the address.
Recovery needs the email address the order was placed with. An order placed without one can only be re-opened by the browser that bought it.
