Every entry is the publisher's own headline, linked to where they posted it. Waterlogged does not turn a low gauge or a navigation notice into a claim that your cruise is cancelled.

These records name an operator, ship or departure in the linked source. They are not a prediction about another sailing on the same river.
No publishable named-sailing report is in the register. That means “not verified here,” not “no disruption exists.”
Official navigation conditions
Not cruise-cancellation reports. These authority notices identify affected waterway locations and operational restrictions. Operator, ship and passenger-outcome fields are deliberately blank unless a separate source names them.

Waterlogged has not verified these reports. They are not records in the register above, they change no status anywhere on this site, and the claim in each headline belongs to the publisher named beside it.

How a report gets onto this page
- Operator, ship and sailing names come only from a source that explicitly names them.
- Authority notices remain waterway conditions; route overlap never manufactures a cruise outcome.
- ELWIS/WSV notices are not listed on this page. Their licence allows the German title unchanged, with credit and a link, and does not allow translating or rewriting it — so the choice was a wall of German or nothing, and we chose nothing. The notices are still read daily and still reachable from the ELWIS portal itself.
- For PannonRIS, viadonau and every other source, we show the title the publisher gave it and the direct link. We no longer restate any of it in our own words. Source images and screenshots are not republished.
- Every record shows who published it and when the event was reported. Removed or conflicting sources are not silently treated as current.
